Traditional Farm Fitness

The OG Third Line Class. A 50 minute strategically programmed full-body chipper style workout that allows you to determine your own pace and how far you want to push yourself. Using a combination of cardio, functional movements, body weight, and a variety of different equipment, this workout will have you discovering muscles you never knew you had. This class is held primarily outdoors the month of May - October and inside the rest of the year.

Indoor Strength

This 50 minute class is designed to help you build muscle using weights. Plan to work slow and steady with a focus on form.

Indoor Circuit

Using a combination of cardio, functional movements, body weight, and a variety of different equipment, this 50 minute circuit-style workout will have you discovering muscles you never knew you had.

Gentle Candlelight Yoga (Nov - End of Feb)

In this flow based class you will work on gently toning and strengthening your muscles, improving your flexibility and balance. You will be guided through several sequences perfectly paired with modern music to help you to get out of your head and back into your body. All levels welcome and modifications are offered. 

Yoga Tune Up/Mobility

This class is a combination of yoga & mobility exercises using Yoga Tune Up Balls. Yoga Tune Up balls are massage tools used to help manage pain, improve mobility, improve performance and faster recovery. They assist in bringing awareness to the body to determine your BLIND SPOTS - area where you are unknowingly tense, weak or stuck. Each week different areas of the body are targeted. We cycle through the following areas weekly: (1) Neck & Shoulders (2) Low back & glutes (3) Hips + Quads (4) Feet, Shin, Calves.

Energy Classes

Energetic Reset

In this 60 minute practice you will be guided through gentle postures, movements & periods of rest to facilitate a reset/realignment of your physical & energetic body. Harnessing the energy of the New Moon, throughout the session you will receive Energy Healing/Reiki. Gentle hands on assists with essential oils will be performed to enhance the results and benefits of the session which are to help you feel rested, restored, and better connected to your body.

Energetic Reset

In this 60 minute practice you will be guided through gentle static postures & movements to facilitate deep rest and to shift and release stagnant energy stuck in your body. Harnessing the energy of the Full Moon, throughout the session you will receive Energy Healing/Reiki. Gentle hands on assists with essential oils may be performed to enhance the results and benefits of the session which are to help you feel rested, restored, and better connected to your body.
